Data deletion instructions

刪除資料

喺原本儲存帖文嘅瀏覽器，選擇社交帖文，開啟該帖文再按移除。清除 livemap.heavenchester.com 嘅網站資料可刪除全部本機紀錄。各裝置需分開處理。

喺 Threads 搜尋面板按「中斷呢個瀏覽器連接」，伺服器就會移除該連接嘅 token。如果只清除 cookie，伺服器會等最長 55 分鐘會話到期，並於其後一分鐘內清理。亦可去 Threads / Meta 應用程式權限設定撤銷授權。

原始帖文仍留喺來源平台。資料刪除查詢可電郵 chester@heavenchester.com，唔好附上密碼或 token。

Delete a saved social import

  1. Open the map in the same browser where you saved the post.
  2. Choose Social posts, open the saved post and use its removal action.
  3. The import is removed from that browser's saved list. This does not remove the original Facebook or Threads post.

Delete all locally saved data

In your browser's website-data or site-settings controls, find livemap.heavenchester.com and clear its site data. This removes local imports, the language preference and cached offline assets on that browser. Repeat on each device or browser you used; local imports are not centrally synchronized. Deleting a home-screen shortcut alone may not clear browser storage.

Request help or deletion from Heaven Lab

Email chester@heavenchester.com with the subject Live Gossip Map data deletion. Describe the information you want removed and how you provided it to us. If relevant, include the public post URL. Do not send your password, government API key or social access token. We will review what information we hold and reply about the request; identity verification may be needed.

Meta account connections and original posts

In Social posts, open Threads search and select Disconnect this browser. This immediately removes that connection and its token from application memory and clears its session cookie. Connections also expire after at most 55 minutes (cleanup within a further minute) and do not survive server restarts. Clearing browser cookies alone does not immediately erase the corresponding server session; it expires on that schedule. Disconnect each browser separately. This action does not remove locally saved imports or revoke Meta permissions. You can additionally revoke the app in the relevant Threads or Meta account's app/website permissions settings. Revoking that connection does not delete original posts. Delete original posts using the source platform's own controls.
